Code change divides off-street parking space

CONNEAUT — Off-street parking regulations in Conneaut could be revamped. The city’s Planning Commission members discussed a code change during Tuesday’s meeting that would set minimum off-street parking space requirements for a wide range of uses, from houses and hotels to medical offices and restaurants. The uses would be divided into seven categories. Members will vote on the proposed revisions at their next meeting, officials said. If adopted, the matter goes to City Council for final approval.
